Within Australia
A flat rate of $4.95 applies to online orders up to $50.
A flate rate of $9.90 will apply to orders above $50.
We use Australia Post. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery within Australia.
Within New Zealand
A flat rate of A$10.00 applies to online orders up to A$50 and a flat rate of A$15.00 for orders above A$50.
We use Australia Post. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery to New Zealand.
Other Countries
Our parcels are dispatched via a combination of Air Mail and normal surface mail. Final delivery is completed by a courier so a signature is required. Therefore, we recommend a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details). If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office. For international deliveries, we DO NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes. For orders outside of Australia we allow up to 20 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 20 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your area.
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.

Refunds
For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit against your membership for future purchases.
Exchanges
We only provide exchanges for Australian and New Zealand customers. There is a $5.00 return fee for all exchanges, therefore if you would like to exchange either size, style or colour, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $5.00 for Australia (cheque/money order or credit card details) or $8.00 for New Zealand (credit card only) for re delivery.
